In 1989 Robert M. Behringer established the company through its evolution as Behringer Partners, Harvard Property Advisors, Behringer Harvard, and now Behringer. Along with it’s subsidiaries, Behringer has built, advised, managed, and full- cycled private and public equity and debt investments through partnerships, REITs, and closed-end funds.
Attracting over $6 billion of investor capital, Behringer- sponsored investment programs have acquired $11 billion in assets across 10 countries and within every major commercial real estate asset class. Behringer historical investments cover the spectrum of risk tolerances from core/income-focused to opportunistic/appreciation-driven outcomes.
